Apocalyptically themed, quasi dubstep, minimalist doom techno.
Samples from digitally recorded analogue 'silence' at the start and end of a few records were used to create percussion sounds, synth oscillator waves and even reverb impulses, gently tapping along on the record player itself to generate bass tones. No other sound sources were used in these tracks at all but plenty of digital sound manipulation and mangling was.
These tracks are the second phase. Ripped from vinyl dubplates, hand cut with a heated diamond tip straight into the disk by peckhamcuts.co.uk
